Multiple Profile Aluminum Cold Plate With Copper Pipe

1. Product Overview

This is a composite liquid cooling heat dissipation component with an aluminum alloy body and embedded TP2 copper cooling tubes. It combines the merits of aluminum alloy — easy machining, light weight and low cost — and red copper — high thermal conductivity, great pressure resistance and corrosion resistance. It is a widely adopted cooling solution for power electronics and industrial control equipment.

2. Structural Features

The main body is made of extruded aluminum profiles or milled aluminum plates. Mounting surfaces, fixing holes and special shapes can be processed as required to fit various equipment.

The cooling circuit adopts seamless red copper tubes, which support flexible layout including single circuit, multi-circuit and bent flow channels.

The aluminum base is closely attached to copper tubes to minimize contact thermal resistance, enabling rapid heat transfer from the aluminum plate to the coolant.
