Aluminum Skiving Heatsink (with fins)

It’s a high-performance air cooling heatsink made by cutting thin fins directly from a single aluminum block.

1. What it is

  • Made from one solid aluminum block (usually AL1060, AL6063)
  • Fins are cut and bent upward by a skiving machine
  • Base and fins are integral, no welding, no soldering, no gluing
